In the Suns’ game against the Timberwolves, Booker once again wore and showed off the new color of the Nike Book 1
The colorway is inspired by the 1995 NBA All-Star Game in Phoenix, which also served as the inspiration for the Suns’ City Edition jerseys this season.
In fact, Booker had worn them as early as last year’s All-Star Game, but it was the purple version. This time he changed to white.
The No. 1 embroidery on the heel symbolizes his own number, and the details on the tongue also pay tribute to the classic jersey of that year.
The good news is that the purple version will be available this summer. It is not yet clear whether the white version will be available, so you may wish to stay tuned.
